The Path to Your New Home.
Simplified
Your home journey simplified—from design to delivery, we’ve got you covered.
Make a request
The first step in bringing your MyCabin home to life is submitting a request for your desired product.
This marks the beginning of our journey together, allowing the MyCabin sales team to get back to you with the best offers. It’s a simple step toward turning your dream home into a reality.
Check your plot
On parallel, you should check that your land meets the requirements for construction (necessary communications are available and there are no restrictions on construction), and let us know!
Site visit
A MyCabin representative will either visit your property or conduct an off-site inspection based on the images and documentation you provide, depending on the market. They will perform a property analysis and prepare the necessary documentation for the building project to be approved by the local authorities.
Find your fit
Depending on the market, MyCabin offers a diverse range of products to meet the unique needs and preferences of their clients. In Europe and North America, MyCabin’s flagship product line, Milla, is the cornerstone of its offering.
Let's start work
After you request is processed, our sales team will contact you directly to find out more about your planned project and needs.
We will ask you to provide more detailed plan of your product of choice, this involves selecting package, standard elements and additional accessories if needed for your home, to prepare a final draft of the price for the pre-agreement.
Make it offical
Signing the pre-agreement is an important step for us to start detailed work on your project planning.
Agreement & Planning
For clients in Latvia and Estonia, we have partnerships with local architects to assist with the preparation of documentation. However, for other markets, clients should have an architect ready to support the process.
When the final delivery agreement is signed, the client, depending on the market, submits all documentation to the local authorities to obtain a building permit.
Production
Once the final delivery date is confirmed, your home is manufactured in our state-of-the-art production facility, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to your specifications.
Each unit undergoes rigorous inspections to uphold our high standards of craftsmanship and durability.

Delivery & Installation
Once your home is ready, we will confirm the final delivery schedule and logistics. Your modular home will be delivered directly to your site, with all aspects of transport managed to ensure a seamless process.

Site preparation
Once all the necessary building permits have been obtained, the foundation can be built.
In the Baltics, the MyCabin team handles foundation construction, with the cost included in the product price. In other markets, foundation preparation is the client’s responsibility and is not included in the price.

Communications
The final step is connecting your home to all necessary utilities and communications, ensuring it is fully move-in ready.
Your Home is Ready.
Here’s the Key, Hope You Enjoy!
