Our newest model, the M50, represents a contemporary, functional, and cost-effective living solution. It offers the perfect alternative to traditional apartment living. Thoughtfully designed in collaboration with architects from OnlyOnly Studio, this compact home maximizes every square meter, seamlessly combining functionality with aesthetics.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating, an air/water heat pump and a centralised heat recovery and air cooling system. This combination ensures an excellent indoor microclimate - optimal CO2 levels and temperature conditions. The construction, insulation thickness and glazing fully comply with the regulatory requirements for residential buildings and provide Class A energy performance. The compactness and technical solutions of the house ensure excellent energy efficiency, blending functionality with aesthetics for cost-effective living.
